Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of GIGIZ Studio (the "Service"), a tool for reviewing, scheduling and publishing content to social accounts that you own or are authorised to manage. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and access

You must be at least 18 years old. The Service is currently offered in early access by invitation, and we may accept or decline access requests at our discretion.

2. Connecting third-party accounts

When you connect a TikTok account you authorise the Service to access the information and perform the actions described in our Privacy Policy and in TikTok's consent screen. You remain bound by TikTok's own Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, Music Usage Confirmation and, for branded content, Branded Content Policy. You can disconnect at any time.

3. Your content and responsibility

• You keep all rights to the content you upload. You grant us a limited licence to store, process and transmit it only to provide the Service.
• You are responsible for your content, including holding the rights to any music, images and people shown, and for disclosures required by law or by the platform (for example commercial or AI-generated content labels).
• The Service publishes only posts you approved and scheduled, with the settings you selected.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to publish unlawful, infringing, deceptive or harmful content, to impersonate others, to send spam, or to interfere with any platform's security or rate limits.

5. Availability

We work to keep the Service reliable, but it is provided "as is". Scheduled posts can be delayed or fail because of platform limits, outages or account restrictions. We will show you the status and the reason when we know it.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or losses caused by third-party platforms. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the three months before the claim.

7. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these Terms or a platform's rules. On termination we delete your tokens as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. The effective date above shows the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict of law rules.
