Data Deletion Instructions

Effective date: September 28, 2026

You can delete the information GIGIZ Studio holds about your Facebook Page, Instagram account or TikTok account at any time, in either of these ways.

1. Remove the app from your account

Facebook and Instagram: in Facebook go to Settings and privacy, Settings, Apps and websites, select GIGIZ Studio and choose Remove. In Instagram go to Settings, Apps and websites, and remove GIGIZ Studio.
TikTok: in TikTok go to Settings and privacy, Security, Apps and services permissions, and remove GIGIZ Studio.

Once access is removed we can no longer use your tokens, and we delete them together with the account identifiers within 30 days.

2. Ask us to delete everything

Write to our support address from the email linked to your account and ask for deletion. We delete the tokens, account identifiers, scheduled content and publishing records related to your account, and confirm by email within 30 days.

What is not deleted

Posts that were already published to your Page or account belong to you and stay on that platform. You can delete them there at any time.
